MPG: Gender Equality

Gender equality is a very hard goal to achieve, one reason for this would be culture. In china it was a tradition to have a boy to work and carry on the family name. Girls weren't meant to work or do things a boy could do. This is an old tradition and isn't generally followed as much as it was before. Many men today are given a bigger salary then women for doing to same job as them. The thought that men are stronger and can work better then women is very widespread and common.
