Why are we blogging?

To blog or not to blog, That is the question. Okay maybe that isn't 'the question' but it is still a good question. Why are we blogging. The concept is rather strange, to simply write about yourself or something else then to publish it and not know whether or not anyone is reading. So why do we do it.
Well do you ever feel that you have something to say but you can't tell anyone, maybe because of your age, gender or any other reason. In a blog you are anonymous, no one need to know your age or gender or any other reason. You can write and anyone can read and not think about you but about what you write.

Another reason is to simply try to inform people. To tell someone what you know. Writing a blog is easy and stress free, and is also easy for anyone else to read. So writing a blog might be a good way for someone to write what they know and what they want other people to know.

For me I blog because this is an easy way for my friends to see what I write.

As for humanities, it is not only about humans like in the name. It is about everything. Everything that we made that mother nature made and everything else. Most people would say it is a mixture of history and geography but it is more. It is about culture, civilizations and more.

  1. A well written account that would persuade even the most cynical of people about the merits of blogging! The personal slant to your writing makes it more meaningful and engaging. Well done Danny :D
